The Reality of Change

The Conflict of Change

Reflecting on Change


At the End

Time: About 50 minutes - 30 minutes for individual reflection and 20 minutes for discussion after the reflection period.

First Step - 30 minutes: Listed below are several quotes on change. Have each learner go through each of the three sections and pick one quote from each section. Have them reflect on each quote for about 10 minutes.

Second Step - 20 minutes: After the reflection period, lead a discussion on change. Some sample questions might be:

What is change?
How is change perceived in your organization?
How can you improve the change process so it will go smoother?
Why must there be change?
Can people be taught or led to enjoy change?
