It always amazes me what a group of people can accomplish once the members of the team do not bother with who gets the credit. Why is this ? At the foot of the mountain there are many paths to its summit , and all those reaching the top see the same moon .
I had mentioned the Dunning-Kruger effect as being rampant if not epidemic.

metacognitive ability to realize it. They therefore suffer an illusory
superiority, rating their own ability as above average. This leads to
a perverse result where people with less competence will rate their
ability more highly than people with relatively more competence. It
also explains competence may weaken the projection of confidence
because competent individuals falsely assume others are of equivalent
understanding "Thus, the miscalibration of the incompetent stems from
an error about the self, whereas the miscalibration of the highly
competent stems from an error about others.

So live your life that the fear of death may never enter your heart.Trouble no one about there religion;respect others in their view, and demand that they respect yours. Love your life , perfect your life and beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and its purpose in service to your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the great divide. Always give a word or a sign of a salute when passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all but grovel to none.When you arise in the morning give thanks for the food and the joy of living . If you see no reason for thanking , then the fault is entirely yours. Abuse no one and no thing , for abuse turns wise ones into fools and robs the spirit of its vision.
When it comes time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death,so that when the end time comes they weep and prayer for a little more time to live their life over again in a different way. You sing your death song and die like a hero going home.
In closing I quote the Hagakure Kikigaki 葉隠聞書, The Hidden Leaf,
"The Expert acts as if he knows not and the worthless unlearned acts as
if they know all. I have found that the Way of the samurai is death. This means that when you are compelled to choose between life and death, you must quickly choose death."
